Ads-Click raises new venture financing and expands management team

As the digital services marketplace continues to grow, Ads-Click is expanding to meet the demands of our worldwide customer base. We have secured additional expansion capital to support our international growth and have appointed new members to the management team to further enable us to anticipate market innovations and to continue providing the highest-quality, professional service to all of our customers worldwide.

Ads-Click has raised $3M in financing from a group led by its historical investor BayTech Venture Capital of Munich.  These funds will be used for technology enhancement and to support our international expansion in the rapidly-growing digital marketing services sector.

Christopher Wagner has been appointed to the role of CEO, replacing Pascal Rossini, who founded Ads-Click in January, 2004.  Mr. Rossini is assuming the role of Chief Strategy Officer and will spearhead Ads-Click’s innovation activities.  Other additions to Ads-click management team include the appointment of Andreas Pagel as Vice-President of Product Management. Pagel will partner with Ads-Click CTO Xavier Zeppetella and the engineering, operations and support teams to ensure the usability, relevance and reliability of the Ads-Click product suite.

Geo-targeting is the most exciting way to reach local audiences on the Internet. It is becoming an increasingly valuable tool for national markets as they look for ways to tailor their messages and offers to consumers living in different geographical areas. Businesses focusing solely on limited geographical locations are looking to geo-targeting in order to help them to issue messages and offers to customers in their local areas with no waste of advertising dollars for areas not of interest. It can be defined as the capability to target potential customers by geographical location and it is also known as “localized online advertising“.
