Christopher Wagner, Chief Executive Officer


Christopher J. Wagner was appointed to the role of CEO of Ads-Click in May 2008.  Wagner is an online veteran who was CEO of 24/7 Real Media Europe, and a member of the Executive Team of that company, from 2001 to 2006.  In that role Wagner led the company to rapid profitability and substantial growth across seven European markets, and supported the development of cutting-edge technologies in both response and branded advertising, for publishers and marketers.  His focus has historically been on facilitating the transposition of innovative ideas into scalable products and business models, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.  Wagner, a dual national CH-USA, is a lawyer and finance professional by training, and is a member of the bar associations of New York and South Dakota.  He is a graduate of Northwestern, Stanford and Harvard Universities.


Pascal Rossini, Founder and Chief Strategy Officer


Pascal Rossini is an acknowledged leader and international spokesperson in new information and communication technologies.  His vision and innovation has led to Ads-Click's market presence in two of the Internet's most promising sectors: advertising and Voice over IP technologies.  Rossini has over 12 years experience in interactive media, advertising and creation of new technology companies.  He was the founder of Netvertis, a leading web design consultancy that was acquired by Micropole CrossSystem in 2002. Since its founding in 2004, Ads-Click has won several prestigious awards including the CTI Start Up Award which promotes enterprise building in the high-tech sector, and was named a Global Innovator by Guidewire Group, the leading global technology research firm and producers of Innovate!Europe.  As Chief Strategy Officer, Pascal ensures that Ads-Click continues to provide its customers with an innovative product suite in contextual marketing, the mobile advertising sector, or the highly promising area of social networking.

Xavier Zeppetella, Chief Technical Officer


Xavier Zeppetella was appointed to the role of CTO at Ads-Click after having served the company as Chief Software Architect since its founding in 2004.  Zeppetella has over twelve years experience in Information Technology and is specialized in web applications, with a particularly strong experience in open source technologies.  Following his role as a software architect at the web design consultancy Netvertis, Xavier founded Webspark, a leader in web content management solutions.  At Webspark, Zeppetella held the roles of CEO and CTO and led the company's commercial and technical development.  He then began collaboration with Pascal Rossini in 2004 that led to the development Ads-Click's current ad server technology, and as Chief Software Architect, he successfully managed and developed the architecture of the award-winning ADS-click and SKY-click technologies.  In his current role as CTO, Zeppetella is responsible for research and development, oversight of the corporate IT infrastructure, software development environments, and software development process and workflow.


Andreas Pagel, Vice-President of Product Management


Andreas Pagel, a recognized internet pioneer, joined Ads-Click as Vice-President of Product Management in May 2008.  Prior to this, Pagel was CTO Europe for 24/7 Real Media from 1997 to 2007, and was a member of the Senior Management and Strategic Planning Committees for that company.  In this role he was responsible for the initial introduction of internet advertising business models and software to many of Europe's leading branded publishers, in both enterprise and SAAS versions.  Under Pagel's guidance, the European hosting platform for 24/7 Real Media grew to a volume of over 10 billion page views per month.  Pagel's first encounter with internet technologies was at CERN in Geneva, where he was responsible for reorganizing the manufacturing workflow planning.  Pagel is a process engineer by training, and much of his work has focused on artificial intelligence and user interface design.  Pagel, a German national, has served as a working group leader for the BVDW for performance tracking.  He holds a Dipl-Ing. degree from the Technische Universität Hannover.


Thierry Gros, Vice-President of Product Marketing


Thierry Gros was appointed Vice President of Product Marketing in July 2008.  Gros brings over ten years of experience in Internet advertising technology and brand communications.  Prior to joining Ads-Click, he held a senior position in Brand Management at Stryker, and spent five years at 24/7 Real Media Europe.  In his role as Technology Development Manager at 24/7 Real Media Europe, he led the development of new ad server technology for the global market.  As Vice President of Product Marketing at Ads-Click, Gros heads the company's corporate marketing and product marketing effort. He is responsible for product communications and for ensuring that Ads-Click solutions meet the needs of customers worldwide.  Gros holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and is completing an MBA in Management of Technology from the EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland.
