Pascal Rossini is a pioneer in new information and communication technologies whose vision and innovation has led to the company's products and market presence in two of the Internet's most promising sectors: advertising and Voice over IP. Pascal has over 12 years experience in interactive media, advertising and new technology company creation and was the founder of Netvertis, which was acquired by Micropole CrossSystem in 2002.

Jude S. Ngu'Ewodo, Board Member
Jude joined BayTech Venture Capital in 2001 as a partner focused on communications technologies. He serves as a board member of UDcast S.A., QuesCom S.A., Scaleo chip, Eyesquad, spodradio and ADS-click S.A.
Jude has more than 13 years of industry and investment experience in the communications sector. Prior to joining BayTech, he consulted an international high-tech company (Fujitsu et. al.) on how to exploit mobile applications for new business lines. He also was an M&A advisor for the TIMES (Technology-Information-Media-Ecommerce-Software) industry at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt, where he worked on a number of cross-border transactions. Jude also worked at Viag Interkom / (now part of British Telecom), where he designed and implemented strategies for raising the quality of service and reducing operational expenditures. He implemented the fixed mobile operational strategy by reducing the number of operations centers from 6 to 2 while increasing service quality.

Ouriel Ohayon, Board Member
Ouriel Ohayon has more than 11 years experience in International Mass marketing, retail Marketing and Internet industry. Ouriel is General Manager at LightSpeed Gemini Internet Lab, a joint venture dedicated to seed investments in Israeli Internet start ups. He seats on the advisory of a few stealth mode start-ups and on the board of Wikio.com. In addition to his professional Internet activities, Ouriel contributes to the famous TechCrunch.com blog and edits the French edition of TechCrunch.
